These rooms were most probably used as dining rooms (triclinium).
The floor of Aula II was made of a magnificent polychrome mosaic of geometrical design.
Aula III had a more simple mosaic made of black-and-white tesserae forming a geometric pattern.
Decoration of stylised floral motives may be seen at the angles of the central box of the mosaic.

As with other rooms of the villa, access was through the atrium.
